She brings a strategic yet grounded approach to navigating ambiguity, empowering teams to solve challenging problems with clarity and impact. Beyond her work at Hopper, Isabela also created Lynx Learning, an organization focused on teaching people the basics of web development during the pandemic. She is also the creator of the Periodic Table of Canadian Black History and the Periodic Table of Women’s History, classroom resources she developed to help teachers share these important histories in a clear, engaging, and accessible way. Passionate about education, inclusive innovation, and elevating customer experience, Isabela is committed to building environments where both teams and learners can thrive.
