She began in relationship and risk management and went on to hold roles in HR, banking operations, risk, technology, pension investment, and large-scale data and digital transformation—proving that careers can evolve from any starting point.
We’ll have a conversation about non-linear career paths and the reality that career success doesn’t always follow a straight line. Sharon will walk us through the unexpected changes, big decisions and valuable detours that she’s taken throughout her career, and how it all came together to shape her current approach to building that space between engineering and design!
