Description

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of AI in zines we will make and catalogue.

Hear from researcher Blair Attard-Frost for critical reflection on AI governance through a transfeminist lens and connect virtually with queer artists, technologists and arts educators in an open discussion while we zine together.

You’ll learn the basics of zine construction, introducing both digital and physical tools. Coming with materials and ideas that are meaningful to you is encouraged (think: journal entries, screenshots, articles).

You'll leave with a zine of your own to keep, and we encourage you to send us a PDF version so we can catalogue and share as a collective project.

This event is free for anyone in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. People within the community are prioritized and others are welcome to attend, so long as you are mindful and adhere to our Code of Conduct. Included as part of Career Collective membership.

Prerequisites:

None! This workshop is designed for beginners.
