ENTJ, how about you? In this session we'll talk through how you can use personality tests and skills assessments to your advantage in the workplace — a little "Corporate Astrology"!

We’ll review popular skills assessments and tests and learn to effectively communicate your soft skills in both workplace settings and during interviews. These tests can be used to help you better identify, understand, and articulate your skills and characteristics, and advocate for yourself in your job search and the workplace.

These communities include those who identify as cis women, trans women, trans men, non-binary people, as well as Black, Indigenous and Racialized people, newcomers and people from low-income communities.
