We'll be joined by Nafisa Sadaf Hriti, an AI researcher and graduate student specializing in Natural Language Processing, explainability, and ethical applications of machine learning in healthcare. Her work focuses on building transparent, trustworthy AI systems, with recent projects exploring frailty detection from clinical notes and NLP models for the healthcare domain. She is also an intern at a US-based HealthAI startup, Medwatch Technologies. As an international student from Bangladesh, Nafisa is passionate about mentorship, community building, and helping others navigate academic and professional pathways in AI.
