Durham Region, we’re here!
We’re thrilled to announce we’ve re-launched our Chapter in the Durham Region – which means more active programming in the area.
It all kicked off today with our popular Webmaking workshops for kids. Girls, boys and their parent/guardian joined us to hack the web and build their very own websites from scratch using HTML & CSS. Can anyone say super hero cats?
A huge thanks to our volunteer mentors who joined us to help us learn, and a special shout out from Whitby MP Celina to help us spread the word!
Interested in getting involved? We’re always on the lookout for volunteers who want to lend a hand! Please reach out to Chapter Lead David Green (contact info below) for more details.
