Driving Digital Futures with Canada Learning Code
In collaboration with:

Canada Learning Code is excited to announce the continuation of our collaboration with Microsoft Elevate, a new Microsoft organization that provides education, nonprofit, and workforce organizations with technology solutions, skills, and insights to empower people in the AI economy.
This initiative provides accessible AI learning, equipping professionals with practical tools to advance their careers and drive meaningful change. Together, we’re committed to expanding access to skills and resources to unlock AI’s potential within Canada’s workforce and to prepare them for the future of work through high-quality, outcomes-based, training opportunities.
This collaboration builds on Canada Learning Code’s national Pathways initiative that’s designed to move beyond one-time learning experiences and support adult learners to develop meaningful, career-oriented technology skills in the area of AI.
This work is in response to labour market shifts and systemic inequalities that continue to limit who participates in Canada’s digital economy. Canada Learning Code creates structured learning journeys in fields such as AI towards in-demand roles across sectors and industries, delivered through an accessible, flexible model built on community trust, industry partnership, and wraparound support.
“Canada Learning Code is thrilled to collaborate with Microsoft Elevate on its initiative, ensuring Canadians gain the AI skills and confidence needed to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce environment. Together, we’re advancing prosperity and building a more inclusive digital future for all.”
– Ryan Oliver, Chief Executive Officer of Ampere and Canada Learning Code
This collaboration aligns with both organization’s mission to democratize technology and AI readiness. Together, with Microsoft Elevate support and resources, we are committed to expanding access to AI tools and resources to help everyone succeed in an AI-powered world.
Advancing Skills for Digital Empowerment
Canada Learning Code, in collaboration with Microsoft Elevate, is delivering a suite of learning opportunities designed to prepare Canadians for the future of work in a rapidly evolving digital world.
The program includes public and member-exclusive workshops with assessments, training delivered in partnership with community organizations, and learner challenges that integrate Microsoft training and learning content with credentialing opportunities. It also provides asynchronous resources, micro-learning opportunities, and ongoing data and insights to support skill-building across CLC’s national audience.
With a strong focus on supporting equity-deserving communities, including women, gender-diverse people, Black, Indigenous, racialized groups, newcomers, and those from low-income backgrounds, this collaboration uniquely combines Canada Learning Code’s inclusive curriculum and advocacy with Microsoft tools and expertise to broaden access to tech and AI skills while supporting changemakers leading meaningful AI transformation across Canada.
