We’re headed to Calgary!

We’re excited to announce today that Ladies Learning Code will be expanding to beautiful Alberta and bringing our workshops to Calgary !

In August of 2011, we hosted our first ever workshop in Toronto and today we are adding Calgary to the growing list of Chapters that include Vancouver, Ottawa, London and Halifax.

A big thanks to Kylie Toh and Morgan Moe, our new Calgary Chapter Leads for leading the effort to bring Ladies Learning Code to this city. Kylie and Morgan also co-lead The Chic Geek, a Calgary-based organization striving to increase diversity in the hi-tech and startup communities by educating, engaging and empowering women.

About our First-Ever Workshop in Calgary:

We’re bringing our ever-popular workshop to Calgary: an Intro to HTML & CSS, which will be led once again by the very talented Christina Truong. A big thanks to Assembly Coworking Space for  hosting us!
